This MVP collects information you provide in an inquiry and limited visit context to understand which intent page brought the request.
What this site collects
If you submit a request, the form collects your answers, optional name and company name, company size and role, business problem and timeline, work email, optional company website and phone number, and your agreement that Pogofdev may use those details to respond. The first-party system records the landing page, intent, a random session identifier, and campaign parameters such as source, medium, campaign, content, term, platform, campaign ID, ad group ID, and ad ID when present.
How measurement works
First-party events and qualification data are stored in PostgreSQL. When OpenAI Ads measurement is configured and you allow it, the OpenAI Pixel sends the documented lead_created event after a new lead is created. Our event payload does not include contact details or qualification answers. The Pixel automatically captures an OpenAI-provided oppref URL parameter for click attribution. OpenAI documents that, when automatic advanced matching is enabled for a Pixel, its SDK can detect supported website information and send hashes to improve ad matching. The site does not identify ChatGPT users from advertising data. OpenAI Ads measurement consent is optional, can be changed from this page when measurement choices are available, and is separate from permission to respond to an inquiry. We do not configure Google Ads or send server-side Conversions API events in this phase.
Storage and choices
UTM attribution remains in browser local storage through qualification and is persisted as first-touch and latest-touch attribution on the server. The Ads Pixel is not initialized before measurement permission is granted; when allowed it may use OpenAI’s first-party __oppref and __obref cookies. When measurement choices are available, use Change measurement choices below to decline or withdraw permission; you can also clear browser storage through your browser settings. Before launch, define database retention, access control, backups, and deletion procedures.
Your choices and requests
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of personal information, or withdraw consent. Before launch, Pogofdev should publish a responsible privacy contact and operational process for handling these requests. This starter page is an implementation placeholder and does not replace a jurisdiction-specific privacy policy or legal review.
